Richard J. Kasson and N. Taylor Williams secured a defense verdict on behalf of our clients, an interventional cardiologist and his practice group, in a complicated medical malpractice case in which Plaintiffs alleged that the death of their father was the result of a misplaced stent during a cardiac catherization procedure and failure to timely and appropriately address complications caused by the alleged misplaced stent. His law practice focuses on representing individuals and business entities in civil litigation pending in state and federal courts, in addition to matters in arbitration. Gonzalez has represented individuals in tort and business litigation, including claims involving professional negligence, construction defects and disputes involving intellectual property rights.
