Steve Chiscano has been appointed Honorary Consul of Spain in San Antonio. The appointment is made by the government of Spain and approved by the US State Department. Mr. Chiscano’s duties as Honorary Consul will be providing diplomatic and consular services to Spanish citizens living and/or traveling in the United States and more specifically in San Antonio and the surrounding counties.
